The builder is a planning tool

Size checks, warnings and product candidates are guidance based on documented data with stated verification status. They are not a contract, a quote, an approval determination, or a code-compliance ruling. Your measurements are a starting point. Final sizes are confirmed by professional measurement before anything is ordered.

No prices without verification

The site intentionally shows no prices. Pricing is provided only after review of your exact configuration, in writing, with a stated validity period.

Building codes and egress

Bedroom egress and building-code requirements are not evaluated automatically. They are checked during professional review.

Installation and licensure

Professional installation options available. The licensed contractor responsible for work requiring licensure will be identified in the applicable proposal, contract and permit.
