What we deliver
Impact windows, made to your sizes
Single hung, horizontal roller and picture window configurations, manufactured to the openings you enter — not selected from stock sizes. Fractional measurements are normal and expected; that is what made-to-order manufacturing is for.
Impact doors, made to your sizes
Sliding glass, entry and french door configurations, built the same way.
Material only, if that is what you want
You can take supply without installation anywhere in Florida. This is a real path, not an upsell detour: many homeowners and trades handle their own install. On this path the sizes you provide are the sizes we build — that responsibility is yours, and we say so up front rather than in fine print after a problem.
Professional installation, where we install
Professional installation options available. The licensed contractor responsible for work requiring licensure will be identified in the applicable proposal, contract and permit.
Professional measurement — on installed projects
On installed projects, your measurements are a starting point and professional measurement confirms final sizes before ordering. For material-only orders, you provide the confirmed manufacturing sizes; professional measurement is not included. This applies to installed projects in our installation counties. It is not part of a material-only order, where the sizes you supply are the sizes manufactured.
Technical verification of your exact configuration
Sizes, product fit and approval documents are checked for the specific product and configuration you chose. We state an approval when the document is on file for your selection — not because a product line generally carries one.
Permit scope written into the contract
For installed projects, the permit scope is identified in the proposal and contract, so responsibility is on paper before work starts rather than discovered during it.
A project you can build without talking to anyone first
No account, no form-then-phone-call, no sales visit as the price of information. You build the project at your own pace and request review when you are ready.
What we do not deliver
A list of what a company will not do is worth more than another paragraph of what it will. These are deliberate, and each one has a reason.
Guessed prices
Instant Price displays a subtotal only for an exact configuration covered by a verified pricing rule. Unsupported combinations stay clearly marked for custom review instead of receiving a borrowed or estimated number.
Automatic installation outside three counties
Looks like it is in Florida, outside our installation counties. Material ships there via UPS or freight (delivery fee applies); installation there is not automatic — a specialist tells you honestly what we can do for your address.
Coverage outside Florida
Looks like it is outside Florida. Material ships nationwide via UPS or freight (delivery fee applies based on destination and size); we do not offer installation there. Build your project anyway — a specialist reads it and answers you straight, including if the answer is no.
Automatic code evaluation
Bedroom egress and building-code requirements are not evaluated automatically. They are checked during professional review.
Legal or insurance advice
Our guides cite statutes, forms and official portals so you can verify them yourself. They explain how the rules work; they do not tell you what your policy, your association or your building department will decide.
How long manufacturing takes
The question everyone asks and almost nobody publishes. Here are the factory windows for the manufacturers you can configure today:
ES Windows (ESW)
Typically 40 to 50 days in production. The ESR series runs 5 to 7 weeks, with expedited production available at 2 to 3 weeks for an additional charge.
Mr. Glass
Typically 8 to 12 weeks in production.
Where each of these applies
Material supplied nationwide via UPS or freight (delivery fee applies). Installation is offered in South Florida only.
Installation counties are Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Your exact address is confirmed during review — the counties are the rule, not a guess about your street.
